Eligibility to Apply

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 16 years of schooling with graduation in any discipline from a UGC-approved university.
• Academic Record: At least 03 (three) first divisions/classes or equivalent CGPA/GPA, with no third division/class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in the academic record.
• Foreign Degrees: For foreign degrees, an equivalence certificate issued by UGC/appropriate authority is required.
• Result Status: Only published results will be accepted.

Age Limit

• The candidate must be at least 21 years of age and not over 32 years as of June 30, 2026.

What We Offer

• Probation Period: One-year probation period with a monthly consolidated pay of Tk. 60,000/-.
• Permanent Confirmation: Upon successful completion of probation, MTOs will be confirmed as Senior Officers with a monthly gross salary of Tk. 70,000/- and other benefits as per bank policy.

Other Instructions & Conditions

• Indemnity Bond: Selected candidates must sign an indemnity bond to serve the Bank for a period of four (4) years at the time of joining.
• Job Location: Candidates must be willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
• Selection Process: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the selection process.
